The Feast

The kids have been super excited about their Thanksgiving celebration at their school. They call it "The Feast". They were excited for us to come eat with them, to show off their sister and teach us their new songs.

Andy especially loves singing in class. Or out of class. Or anytime he gets the chance.

He painted a funny owl hat.

And of course he ate all his lunch.

Since we split up and John had the camera, we didn't get any shots of Julie singing, just of her eating with her featherless turkey hat.  ha!

And yes, Sadie came too! The kids were excited to show her off. She slept most of the time, but that didn't keep Julie and Andy from dragging all their friends over to see her. 

This evening, however, she was wide awake and taking it all in.

She even got read to by her favorite big sister.  I think this will be one of my favorite pictures for many years to come.
